Hi

Engineering courses are very open courses, and anyone can understand the concept through practice, irrespective of their gender. If you are asking about the courses offered in a particular college then it is important that you talk to a student who belongs to the college and preferably in the same branch and get an overview of the course and faculty which will help your decision better.

Good Luck
