Biotechnology is connected in NEET only Jn the eligibility criteria. Like, if you have studied physics, chemistry, and biotechnology instead of biology still you're eligible for NEET. However, for admissions into various colleges for B.Sc Biotechnology, you don't have to qualify NEET. Moreover, many colleges provide admission in B.Sc Biotechnology on first cum first served merit basis.

I hope you are doing fine, There is no need for NEET or National Eligibility cum Entrance Exam for taking admission in Medical Biotechnology course.
As the NEET is meant for getting admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS courses all over India and Biotechnology comes under graduation/engineering level courses. So, you need to look for Entrance exams that allow admission in Biotechnology. The duration I this course is 4 years.
Eligibility criteria: Students who apply for Biotechnology are required to clear their class 12th with a minimum of 70% marks on the Science stream having main subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology from a recognized board.
