No you don't have to show birth certificate only your clads 10th marksheet and certificate will do. You have to show following documents at the time of counseling. Make sure you have following documents ready with their attested photocopies.

- Admit card
- Neet result card
- Class 10 and 12 certificate
- Class 12th marksheet
- Birth certificate or class 10th marksheet
- 8 passport sized photographs
- Provisional allotment letter generated online
- Proof of identity
- Caste certificate if any

Hello Sudhir, there is no need of birth certificate bro. As you can use your 10th Marksheet as a proof of your birth date.
Actually the use of Birth certificate is very rare, as the same thing can be done by the 10th class Marksheet. So you can use your 10th Marksheet as a proof of your Birth date.
