Hope you are doing well. As per your query BITS Hyderabad will be a much better choice than NIT Surathkal if you want to pursue Civil engineering. The NIRF rank speaks for itself. BITS scored 27 in all india whereas NIT scored 33. Moreover the campusing of BITS is much better than NIT. The average package was also very decent for the former last year.
