To be very honest, No.

The BITSAT is one of the top exams for students in case they want to take admission in any engineering degree in BITS branch.

The level of paper is more or less equal to Jee level.

You can get few question close the the NEET level but just preparing that much won't help you secure a good rank in the BITSAT exam.

Prepare to the JEE level.

See bitsat exam is conducts by Birla institute of technology to admission in engineering and pharmacy course of ug level.  whether neet ug is the gate way examination of medical sciences like mbbs, bds, bms etc. however both of the exam is tough in respect of their domain. bitsat physics level is much higher then neet ug physics, mostly neet questions are formula oriented, whether bitsat questions requires conception. for chemistry , bitsat has more question on physical chemistry.
