No, boards marks are not considered in declaring the result of MHT CET.
For eligibility criteria you need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2.
Those candidates who belong to Schedule Castes, Schedule Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) must have scored at least 45% marks.

To take admission in engineering colleges through MHT CET you need a domicile certificate.
You can fill application form of MHT CET till March, 23.
The Counselling of MHT CET 2017 will be conducted by DTE Maharashtra on the basis of merit of the examinees in MHT CET 2017. DTE Maharashtra conducts counselling, seat allotment and admission process for qualifying candidates of MHT CET 2017 into undergraduate engineering programmes across the engineering colleges in the state. DTE Maharashtra will also announce the closing rank of all engineering institutes/colleges of MHT CET once the counselling is over. The counselling process of MHT CET 2017 involves the following stages:
Registration
Document Verification
Seat Selection
Seat Allotment
Fee payment
Reporting to the allotted engineering colleges
