Dear Vivek,
Both the courses have their own importance in their respective place. Its your decision to find what is your interest and in which field you want to proceed further. A graduate in pharmacy deals with medicines and research whereas in bpt you'll deal with patients having muscular dysfunction. Both have immense scope in future.
