As you will be knowing that Vellore institute of Technology is deemed to be University which means it is no more afflicted to any other state University.
Moreover, that means the college authorities set the question papers for their students.
As it is a deemed University the syllabus may be differ a bit from other universities throughout the nation not completely though.
They may have changed the name of the subjects as well or added some extra subjects but ultimately the output is same.
This happens not only in VIT but in most of the deemed colleges of the nation.
