If you like physics and if you like maths then no. If you hate maths or have hard time understanding maths, then you will have a hard time understanding physics. In BSc physics you have a subject called mathematical physics which is difficult or tougher or harder than engineering maths or kind of advanced engineering mathematics, if you understand mathematical physics, you can understand all the core subjects of BSc Physics as in BSc Physics the subjects of physics aren't like those that you have studied in your 10th or 12th level, in BSc physics, the subjects apply mathematical Physics or are based on mathematical physics and quantum mechanics mostly and to understand quantum mechanics itself you need to understand mathematical physics. Most of the subjects that you see in BSc physics are completely new and not those which you have studied in your 12th level but if your concepts are clear or strong, that is until 12th, you would be able to relate some of the subjects in BSc physics eg Subjects like classical mechanics, electronics, electronic instrumentation, nanotechnology, experimental physics, material science, optics, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, electrodynamics can be related to 12th level physics subjects as they have some common concepts. Subjects like quantum mechanics, relativity, astrophysics, cosmology, statistical mechanics, quantum electrodynamics, particle physics, nuclear physics, atomic physics, relativistic optics, high energy physics, solid state physics and many more core subjects of physics including classical mechanics require high level of mathematics and are not related to 12th level physics except classical mechanics, but these are the most interesting subjects you would ever find in any course in the entire world. So if you want to study BSc Physics,  keep your concepts of mathematical physics, classical mechanics, quantum mechanics, relativity and statistics and electrodynamics very clear as these subjects form the basis of the other core subjects in BSc physics. Coming to MSc physics, if your concepts of all the subjects of BSc Physics are clear, MSc physics won't be hard atall as BSc Physics and MSc physics go hand in hand. Hope this helps.

hi,

see no subjects is tough if you have interest to learn it, physics is a subject in which you need good conception of mathematics, also need your visualization power, visualization means you can imagine a system while studying or solving numerical problems, while studying the 12th course if you get the interest to learn physics then only you should for for bsc admission, however if you just opting physics from others suggestion and have no real interest then you may face pathetic situation once you enroll for the course.

hey,

learning something can be sometimes difficult but if you find the easiet way to do then it will become the most interesting thing you ever learn , talking about B.S.c physics then if you have interest in this field and have cleared all your basics in physics then you will not find it difficult to study if not then surely you would however in B.S.c physics there are many topics which you have already studied in your previous class at graduation level what you study is the modified topics base remains the same , i admit some topics you might find difficult to study but trust me if you give sufficient time to those topics you will win .

study each and every topics properly and try to remember the things for life

good luck!

Hello student,

Actually every learning is tough. if you really like physics then I think that it will not be very much difficult to you. In the BSc level of of Physics you can find that you have got the basic knowledge of some topics in your 10 or 12th level. Actually you need to create interest yourself. Physics is purely based on practical so, you should feel the real life problems according to physics.

10th or 12th level? BSc Physics is much much higher level than a 10th and 12th level physics... Infact you will hardly find any 10th and 12th level topics after 1st semester of your BSc itself.
