Radiography is only limited to test such as xrays , ct scan etc
While as Radiology includes treatment .

Hi Jagdish,
Radiography is a part of Radiology. Radiography comprises of working with X-rays and producing them whereas radiology deals with many things like MRI, CT SCANS, X-RAYS etc;
In my opinion, it is better if you go for Radiology because you can work on a board aspect
