I you have interest in Statistics as well as to some extent in Computer Science and Mathematics, you can take B.Stat. There lies a lot of scope and excellent prospects in both public and private sectors. Statisticians form the base of any Finance, Consulting or Banking Organization like SBI, Axis Bank, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, EY and so on. After a degree in Statistics you can even go on to pursue a MBA or a Masters from Prestigious institutions abroad or in India, like IISc or Top IITs.
In case you have always given preference to Commerce and Accounting over Mathematics, in that case prefer B.Com over B.Stat. Degree shouldnt be about which course is tough and which isnt, it should be about where your interest lies.
