Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great. The main distinction between these two fields is that computer science deals with the science that makes these applications possible, whereas information technology (IT) deals with the application of computing technology to actual processes. A little bit of hardware is covered in CSE, CE, and CS, but CE places a stronger emphasis on electrical engineering design than CSE does. CS does not require any hardware coursework. Between CS and CE, CSE is more of a middle ground. Therefore, Computer Science and Engineering is a better fit if you want a taste of the digital circuits/signals and systems background while keeping the focus on more CS opportunities.
ALL THE BEST
Hello student,
Altho they both sounds the same there is a slite difference in between them. In computer science is purely focused on the software. When you clearly want to deal with the software things not to the hardware things anymore then you easily can apply for be taken computer science course. There are very few institute which provides b.tech in only computer science course. But on the other hand BTech in computer science and engineering is a very vast course and widely acceptable course. This course contents the software things as well as some parts of hardware as well. If you want more opportunity and want to know about the circuits as well as the software systems then you can get into computer science and engineering course. Both are comes under engineering course that means you have to give any engineering entrance examination to get into this course. To kNow more about b.tech in CS click here.
