Hi,

B.Tech i.e. Bachelor of Technology is an undergraduate degree. B.Tech is a four year degree which is offered in various specializations like Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and many more. After completing your 12th you become an undergraduate.

B.Tech is a graduation course, so after completing your B.tech you become a graduate.

M.Tech is a post-graduation course, so after M.Tech you become a post-graduate.

See majority of bachelors degree are graduate  and masters are post graduate

B. tech and BE are the Under graduate courses. And also mtech is meant to be graduate ones.

Dinesh Gujarathi don't misguide students if you don't have knowledge about the subject.Both B.tech and B.E. are graduation courses. and M.tech is a post-graduation course.

After graduate degree means after mtech degree if I am able to apply for UPSC...
Or getting any graduate degree I am able to apply for UPSC
