Is btech in *ECE* good or Btech in *Physics an Engineering* good and which is good for doing master in robotics, ece or physics and engineering?

See BTech Engineering physics is a good field of study but its not at all a good compatible choice to your Desire of Masters in Robotics. I would recommend you that you can go for the ECE as it has a lot of exposure to the coding and electronics. So it can be a good choice.

Electrical And Communication Engineering, also have a better job perspective compared to that of BTech Engineering Physics as well. So you can go for the course of ECE.
