Hii,
In which ever college there is lateral entry , you can apply there and see. Entry in different colleges are in different time periods, so you will have to check for different colleges individually. For this year during the COVID-19 situation the admissions have got delayed , and also till past years the time period to take admission in different colleges were nearly same but now are varying. So you will specifically have to ask in which college you want to take admission in.
Mostly colleges admission would be going on now or will start later.
