Hello aspirant,

All the govt. Medical colleges in West Bengal is quite good for both UG and PG and they are also developing very fast. All three colleges that you have mentioned are same regarding studies and infrastructure. But, people tends to Burdwan as it has better communication, weather, more entertaining and recreational stuffs than the other two colleges. Midnapore colleges are relatively new comparing with other two but its as good as the others.

The professors are in a rotatory contract, so that will not be an issue. There is a huge patient flow in the opd and emergency, so no problems for internships in these colleges.

The rest is up to you. Academically doesn't matter much.
