I would like to say that, in any institute you may study, because every institutes have their own way of teaching, this is my view about institutes but if you want to know that which is better, then you should ask the individuals who is or who was studying in that institute.
You should focus on yourself and your study.

CBIT :- Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology .

1) Location:- It is located in Hyderabad,  Telangana. Being an Information technology hub of India, CBIT has an ideal location advantage and wide exposure to corporate world.

2) Infrastructure:- It has more or less same facilities as that of any other engineering college. A lavish central building with a central hall , library and a cafeteria. Besides a large playground is also there.

3)R&D:- It has a dedicated fund to develop and promote research oriented activities in the institute.

4) Admission:- It admits students based on their rank in EAMCET examination.

5) Fees:- It charges 2,00,000 rupees per year as institute fees. Hostel /Mess charges not included.

6) Placements and top recruiters:-

i) 2018-19--1015 students placed(till 20.12.18)

Top recruiters include Infosys,Samsung,Godrej,Google,Microsoft and Hyundai.

KL University:-Koneru Lakshmaiah University

1)Location:- It is located in Vijayawada,Andhra Pradesh. It is a developing region and not much corporates are present in this region as compared to Hyderabad. So it is considered a slightly disadvantaged location.

2) Infrastructure:- KLU has infrastructure same as that of CBIT , Hyderabad. More or less both are at same level at this front.

3)R&D :- KLU has a holistic department looking towards its R&D initiative .Many faculties are actively involved in research activities which attracts it's students towards research.

4)Admission:- It admits students based on their score in KLEEE exam.It also accepts JEE mains and advanced score.

5)Fees:- It charges 2,50,000 rupees per year as it's institute fees. One can get fee waivers or concessions based on their rank in KLEEE.

6)Placements and Top recruiters:-

i) 2018-19--1015(Till date)

ii) 2017-18--1676

iii) 2016-17-- 1823

Top recruiters include Wipro,Capgemini,Visa,Samsung,Polaris and HCL.

If I were to throw my hat at any one institute I would definitely choose KLU,Vijaywada ignoring its location.

We cannot judge that one college is better than the other.Every college has its own uniqueness.So in this case,the perception matters a lot .

If you want a good Infrastructure,good facilities ,well equipped KLU is the better choice.

If you want a good reputated college with good facilities and good-quality of education with the lowest fee possible then obviously CBIT is the better than KLU.

KLU has high fee structure where as the fee in CBIT is nominal.KLU has  good faculty with almost 80% of the faculty are PhD holders.The people strength in KLU is also high.you will have more exposure to practical environment.Both are good interms of placement.

I just gave you what are the Benefits in that particular colleges.As I already said, it is all about the perception.
