Hello

Yes, state boards have different books from those of NCERT.

So,you don't need to use your state board books i.e UP Board books for neet preparation , state boards books has nothing to do with your neet examination, this is because state boards have their own syllabus and it varies from state to state.

Now ,NEET syllabus is the syllabus of ncert for class 11 and 12th for each of physics, chemistry and biology. So; you should go with NCERT for neet preparation and not your UP state board books.
