Is CEED belongs to Mechanical Design?

CEED is an examination for admission to the M.Design courses( Master of design) and Ph.D courses . It is conducted by IIT Bombay nd through the CEED a candidate can get admission to IISc Bangalore, IITs like IIT Bombay, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kanpur , Guwahati and also to IITDM Jabalpur.

CEED is a joint entrance exam in the field of postgraduate degree for technological design held anny jointly at IITs and IISC . And mechanical design is not one of the programmes under CEED.
The programmes that you can get admission under CEED are :
IISc, Bangalore - M.Des. in Product Design and Engineering (CPDM)
IIT Bombay - M.Des. in Industrial design, Visual Communication, Animation, Interaction Design, Mobility and Vehicle Design
IIT Delhi - M.Des. in Industrial Design
IIT Hyderabad - M.Des. in Visual Design
IIT Guwahati - M.Des. in Design
IIT Kanpur - M.Des. in Design
IIITDM Jabalpur - M.Des. in Design
