Your central OBC certificate is completely valid. But for the Counselling you will also need to fill the proforma and have to verified by district magistrate(DM) of your locality.
In Counselling you will require both the verified proforma and your central OBC certificate.
Other required documents are-

2.NEET PG result score card
3.Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS professional examinations
4.MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate
5.Internship Completion Certificate
6.MCI issued registration certificate
7.Date of birth proof
