The Supreme Court of India on Monday rejected a writ petition filed seeking directions for rescheduling of NEET UG 2021 examination. NEET 2021 will be held as per schedule on September 12.
Due to the covid-19 wave, the national testing agency has warned all the students not to drop any wrong message being spread related to the postponed of the NEET Exam ( National Cum Entrance test undergraduate 2021.

As per your query there are no chances of neet postponement till now and supreme court has also refused the application of neet postpone so neet will be conducted on coming Sunday i.e 12th September
So you should be ready for your neet exam

Due to the covid-19 wave, Several social media platforms are publishing fake news about postponement of NEET exam. The candidates for the NEET exam should be taken care of such unauthorized and wrong descriptions from unknown sources such as will NEET 2021 be postponed again to October. You should not depend on the media and fake public news.
My advice is you better prepare for the NEET exam for the already announced date. You cant depend on government decision.
