Placements: Many reputed companies like Microsoft, Cognizant, Phillips, Oracle, Amazon, Tata Consultancy Service, Wipro, Infosys, Mahindra Group, etc., visit the campus for placements. The highest salary package offered  is 31.77 LPA by Amazon. The lowest salary package offered is 2.77 LPA by Wonder System Pvt Ltd, Mohali. The average salary package  is 4.25 LPA. In the year 2019, overall, the placement record of electronic and communication engineering is about 75%. Overall, it has a good placement record.

Infrastructure: It has a good infrastructure. The college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, labs and classrooms. It has good medical facilities and sports facilities. Quality of food served in the canteen is good, but the quality of the food served in the mess is not good. Mess serves many items of food, but the overall quality is not good.

Faculty: Teachers in the college are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is not good. They are knowledgeable, but they didn't make students understand the concept. Some teachers have the experience, but most of the teachers are not experienced. The course curriculum is relevant, but the students have to work hard to become an industry-ready.

Other: In this economy downfall, only electronic field maintain his good GDP. The most important thing is that every software has its an electronic part. Cultural fest, extracurricular activities and events are organised. The famous event organised at the college is Parivartan. There is a scholarship programme for Punjab state students and Jammu Kashmir students. In electronic and communication engineering course, some additional courses like the internet of things, artificial intelligence, etc., should be added to improve employability and technical skill.
