Is Chandigarh university good for b.tech with cs?

Like any other private engineering university you will find a big issue of maintaining 75percent attendence and expect that you cannot roam or you cannot stay in campus before 12pm except being in classrooms . Additionally you will be getting min of 5 subjects in each of the 8 semesters some of which you will find irrelevant. God knows they are relevant or not , it was just the thinking of our batch. Anyways you can visit campus .
