Yes, character certificate is important. DU ask candidates to submit some of the certificates at the time of admission.
-A character certificate with other documents like 12th mark sheet, identity proof (preferably adhaar card or voter id if you have it), migration certificate , 10th class marksheet, Or SC/OBC/ST certificate.
