Yes course of M. E. chemical engineering is available at pu, panjab university. It ia a 4 year engineering course. You should have a minimum of 50% marks in 12 or equivalent and have to pass a entrance test for getting into the university.

Sir i got 95.4 % marks in 12th cbse and my rank is 215000 in jee mains gernal category can I apply for BE chemical engineering? ?

With such a great percentage in class 12, also with your rank in jee mains you may have a chance to get a seat in panjab university in B. E. chemical engineering based on previous records or data from previous years. So dont be late and grab the opprtunity to apply in panjab university and acquire a seat for yourself. You'll be called up for counselling if you would be a suitable candidate. Best of luck.
