There are excellent opportunities for chemicalEngineering graduates, prospects for higher earning in the profession are good.work in certain industries..
for example: oil and contracting will attract particularly high salaries.

Advantages:
1.The major advantages are chemical engineers are called universal engineers..You can everything that is happening in whether like humidity, temperature etc..
2.You can relate every function of human body coming to technicalities opportunities are huge in India and gulf you can work in pharmaceutical companies, fertilizers, oil and gas extractions.

Disadvantages:
1.It is one of the highest paid core Engineering discipline but in our country most of the chemical engineering students as well are not aware of this fact and these fellows see it as somehow inferior to all branches. NOT TRUE AT ALL.
2. People often get confused that it is related to companies only but it has a vast curriculum which includes heat and mass transfer and so on chemistry is just part of it.
