The above mentioned books are very good for the preparation. Most of the students prefers those books These are sufficient for your AIIMS preparation. One thing keep in mind that reading too much of book will not help you but reading a few book thoroughly will definitely help you so be sure first that you complete NCERT and your coaching materials first in case of coaching.

The books you mentioned are very good for neet preparation solve them thoroughly along with JD Lee, O.p Tandon if you lack in theory and NCERT and solve previous year AIIMS questions and if you wish you can solve chemistry of JEE mains also that will help you building your concepts. These are sufficient for your AIIMS preparation. One thing keep in mind that reading too much of book will not help you but reading a few book thoroughly will definitely help you so be sure first that you complete NCERT and your coaching materials first in case of coaching.
