Dear Aspirant
Children Teacher’s Training College is a college which is affiliated to University of Kota, Kota (Rajasthan) and the course offered is B.Ed.
Although for a candidate, it depend on the Language Proficiency you choose (Hindi or English) in Pre-Teacher Education Test which is important to get admission into the same college.
As for the medium, its not written any where about the same but from the website details, it can be said that the medium is english.

Children T.T college is situated in kota and it is one of the renowned institutions of the city. And of course it is an English medium college.
