Dear Sahith, in Round 2, there will be a fresh set of seats added. These seats might be due to newly added colleges or whatsoever reasons. Further, the conversion of seats is also carried out during Round 2 of seat allotments of All India Quota and Mop up round of Deemed Universities. You will be shown all seats i.e seats available and likely to be available which are against vacant, newly added seats, virtual vacancies. Candidates need to submit fresh choices during the time frame allotted. The options you have chosen in Round 1 will go null and void. Those candidates who do not submit fresh choices will not be considered for Round 2.

Yes, candidate who are willing to participate for
round-2 for Online All India Quota or Deemed/Central Universities UG Counseling-2019 have to make fresh choices for round-2 as the choices submitted in round-1 will be treated as null and void and you have to use the same login credentials as used in round-1.
The Choice Filling has been started from 12th July,
2019 for Online All India Quota or Deemed/Central Universities UG Counseling-2019 and this facility will continue till 14th July, 2019 (From 10:00 AM to 05:00
PM) and on 14th July you can lock the choices.
