As long as the college is affiliated and accredited properly and you have a strong commitment and desire and interest and devotion to your branch every such college is good. Besides studying you have to do projects as well as internships.

Dr. Babasaheb university is very good as per the placement record, architecture, awards, sports, no of PhDs etc.., And for choosing branch it's basically your choice because if you're passionate about Cse/me just go for it. Just follow this. Just go through both branch subjects. If the subject asre good in that and you're interested in studying, go and opt that.
