In the main campus of Christ University, the hostel facility is available to all the students. There are different hostels as follows.
Jonas Hall - This is for all the graduate and undergraduate female students. They provide single, twin and triple sharing rooms for the female students with Wifi facility in study room and recreation hall. A gym and common kitchen is also available for students. Some of the other facilities include Prayer hall, Group study hall, Library and a strict security.
St. Kuriakose Elias Hall is the place for all the Post graduate male students studying in the main campus. They provide twin, triple and four sharing rooms, with other facilities like gym, group study room, prayer hall, library , common kitchen and wifi service accessable in the study room and recreation hall.
Christ Hostel A,B C block- This provides accomodation to all the undergraduate programe Male students with twin sharing rooms only. The have facilities like gym, play grounds, cafeteria etc.
Hostels by catholic religious nuns near main campus - This provides various hostel accomodations to female students of main campus.
CST Vidhyabhawan- This is a place for Male students and is run by CST fathers.

In the Kengeri campus, There are two hostels for female students- Christ Hostel and Jyothi Nilaya .
The christ hostel provides accomodation to the female students pursuing post graduate studies in Kengeri campus. It provide twin and triple sharing rooms. Library, Gym and prayer hall facility is available for students and Wifi is available in the recreation hall only.
The Jyothi nilaya is the residence for the female students and has twin and triple sharing rooms available.
For male students Devadan Hall is the residing place. This service is available for all the post graduate male students doing management and engineering courses and also the undergratuate male students pursuing engineering.
Gym, prayer hall , group study space, and library facility is available and also Wifi is accessable in study room.

In Banneraghatta Road Campus, Christ Hall is availble for the male students. It offers twin and triple sharing rooms for the male students pursuing their courses in this campus. Food facility is not available here. Wifi is available in study room and recreation hall. Gym, library and study space is provided to students.
For female students, Hostels by Catholic Religious Nuns are available with single and twin sharing rooms along with breakfast and dinner facility.

Yes they do provide boys hostel as well the only thing is they do not have Mess facility so you have to pay and eat whatever is available outside. This is as per the last time I enquired.
