Its true that if you see the Government vacancies for different engineering divisions, then Civil Engineering surely have quite a good number of vacancies available. So if you wish to go in government sector then Civil Engineering undoubtedly is a good sector but in private sector the field don't have that much of a pay. The salary packages are low and the job profiles are not that great. As a result that way CSE get a edge but the vacancies in Government sector for CSE is quite low.
