Hello,

No, 11th class marksheet is not required. You will require the following documents.

  • NEET Admit Card
  • NEET Scorecard/NEET Rankcard
  • Class 10 mark sheet
  • Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
  • ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
  • passport size photographs
  • Provisional Allotment Letter
  • Caste Certificate
  • PwD Certificate
  • NRI/ OCI candidates( if required )
  • Passport copy of sponsored, embassy certificate ( if required )
  • Gap certificate ( if required )

Hey, there is no need of 11th marksheet but 12th marksheet is mandatory if you are appearing in counselling and you can also provide it later..
