I didn't come across the inforamation which is official and states that Print out of CLAT Form is compulsory. CLAT Counselling Guidelines only states that candidates will also have to carry relevant certificates/documents in original issued by the competent authority in support of the various claims made by the candidates along with their admit cards and counselling fee receipts and complete their admission formalities at concerned NLU.

While in case of CLAT 2017 regarding downloading the application it was said that CAPS acknowledges the successful payment of the application fee through Online, the candidate will be able to download the complete filled in application form with feepayment details in PDF format. This file can be printed for the candidate's person al records and for further communications. Print out of the form is not required to be sent to CLAT Office.

By the way I would like to tell you that May 12, 2018 was last date for printing/downloading application form. Best of luck!
