Is CLAT exam compulsory to do BBA LLB.?
Answer (1)
Hello Nelekha,
CLAT is the enterance exam for getting admission in law colleges.
And yes it is very important to give CLAT and clear it for securing the best possible college.
There might be aome colleges which will give you admission without CLAT, pursuing Law from such colleges will be not worth.
So work hard for CLAT and get the best possible college for you.
Hope this helps, Thank You
All the best

You can get admission in only the National Law Universities through CLAT. Rest all the law colleges in the country have their own procedure of selection.
And it would not be correct to say that getting admission in any a college other than giving CLAT would not be worth it. As only the top tier NLUs have great facilities, faculty, placements and exposure. Rest of the NLUs are still working upon it. Whereas there a many colleges in India which are better than the middle and the lower tier NLUs like GLC Mumbai, ILS Pune, Symbiosis Law School, Jindal Global Law School and many other government/private law colleges in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chandigarh and other cities and states.
So, it is NOT compulsory to take CLAT to pursue BBA LLB or or any other law course.
There are many other entrances for admission into the colleges other than NLUs. And There are various law colleges better in all aspects than lower/middle NLUs, so it absolutely worth taking admission in law colleges except through CLAT.
