Nope, there is no such exam for counselling.  Counselling means you're given choice to choose your preferable courses(or branches) provided via the university, you've got to fill them according to with your desired order after according to your marks or rank and seats availability, the respective seat is alloted to you.

The procedure of the counselling is:

1. Fill the application form for CMC Vellore MBBS and Tamil Nadu MBBS counseling.
2. Admissions will be done on the basis of the rank you get in  NEET-UG.
3. Then submit your NEET result, then the authority will publish the merit list.
4. After that, you need to report the authorized person for further process and submit the required documents.
5. After document verification seat is allotted to you .

While CMC Vellore has released the application form of CMC Vellore 2021 in online mode on April 29. A link to fill CMC Vellore NEET application form 2021 is provided below. Candidates who will qualify NEET exam and fulfil the eligibility criteria will only be eligible to fill the CMC Vellore 2021 application form till June 15. After completion of CMC Vellore MBBS/BDS registration 2021, candidates need to provide the NEET score details. On the basis of details filled in the application form, the authorities will prepare the merit list of CMC Vellore MBBS 2021 .
