Yes, coaching material can be very useful for preparation of jee mains if it is from Some reputed coaching centre and if its  content is good then it will benefit you a lot but try to go through some books also like ncert ,H. C verma, etc.

We can't say this statement because might be possible this but not always and it also depends on which coaching material are you talking about, if you talk about resonance and Allen material its good but you have focused on clearing your concept and put your all efforts and hard work toward your study.
