Dear candidate, yes ofcourse you can crack NEET exam without coaching. Coaching just provides you a right path and study material which you can find online also.
You should remain consistent with your studies and be punctual with your time table. Yes "time-table". It's really important for you to make a time table if you are planning to conquer NEET alone. Your time table should include proper studying hours and take short breaks after every 35-40 mins. This will relax your mind.
Many times you will have bad intuitions about not cracking NEET on yourself. Never give up at any stage of preparation. The whole syllabus can be completed if you will remain consistent, hardworking and punctual towards your preparation.
All the best
Hope this helps

Preparation tips:
Physics needs utmost focus and time because it involves with theoretical concepts and numbers. There should be a systematic approach in preparing for NEET. The important topics are Mechanics, ElectroDynamics, Modern Physics, Heat and Thermodynamics, Optics, Simple Harmonic Motion, Waves. Formulae form an integral part of your preparation. Memorise as many formulae as you can and write them down and stick them as post its so that you can always see them. Practise regularly and try various kinds of questions. Solving previous papers and mock tests to test your improvement. Keep a clock and check the time its taking you to solve these questions. And improve the time as you practise more. One day of the week should be set aside for revision so as to keep the mind fresh. Chemistry is divided into Inorganic, Physical and Organic chemistry. For inorganic chemistry, you must refer to the NCERT. Organic comprises of many reactions and reagents which can be practised by writing over and over again. Physical chemistry requires a comparatively deeper understanding of concepts, so preparing with the NCERT and referring to study material a level higher than NCERT should be the way to go. Yes ofcourse. But you should be very honest with yourself. Because of fear of homework, weekly tests, etc in classes, we study faster and regularly. So you won't be in that case, that's why I request you to stay honest with self. And yes, it can be cracked easily. Make your days timetable when you get up in the morning.
For biology, reading ncert is actually enough to score 280-320 marks. If you need more, then go for government textbook too. For chemistry, solve questions and mcqs for physical chemistry, read inorganic as much as you can from ncert and for organic part, read and solve mcqs for practice too. Physics is major people's weakness who go for neet. So if you make it your strength, you get an edge above all of them. So solve more and more mcqs and numericals for physics.
Best wishes. Thank you.
