COAP registration is free for all. But it is obviously necessary to have in your mtech application portal.
In the time of mtech application in college obviously it is necessary to attach your GATE results marks.

COAP is Common Offer Acceptance Portal, which includes all the IITs and Isc Banglore. Registration has been started from March 18th. By registering from COAP Gate counselling process, you will be able to get seat in counclling procedures of the colleges which comes under COAP (according to your rank and score).
