I would like to inform you that black and white print admit card is acceptable. So, you can get the admit card printed out in black. You should just make sure that it's clear as in the details are clearly visible as it's for identification purpose. It is not mandatory that it should be coloured if you have taken black and white it will also work so don't panic .
You should carry the following items with you in neet exam hall
NEET admit card 2021
Passport size photograph
Postcard size photograph
Valid ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card
Mask on face
Gloves on hand
Personal transparent water bottle
Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)

There is no such rule like the applicant should carry specific type of admit card, it is your choice to take your admit card in black and white or in colour , when you take print in colour the details in the admit card will visible clearly.
