COMEDK is used as an entrance test for aspirants who want to pursue thei career either in engineering or in medical field.

***COMEDK exam is bifurcated as follows:-

paper 1:- is compulsory for all.

Subjects that would be asked are physics and chemistry.

There would be 120 questions in this section and you will have 120 minutes to answer it.

Paper 2:-  This paper is specifically for those candidates who want to pursue their career in                                Engineering.

Subject would be Math

There would be 60 questions having 60 minutes to complete it.

Paper 3:-  This paper is specifically for those candidates who want to pursue their career in                                the field of medical.

Subject would be biology

There would be 60 questions having 60 minutes to complete it.

***The plus point is that there is no negative marking.

***Criteria for writing of COMEDK examination

Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination which is 2nd PUC or 10+2 higher secondary or equivalent examination, recognized by State / Central Government. Candidates must have passed these subjects individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% of marks.

He/she shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the MBBS/BDS course.
