COMEDK is well grouped i.e., the question paper contains 11 th and 12 th syllabus in 1:1 ratio.

I would say, for subject like Physics you should have a good foundation in Mechanics, Waves (11 th) and Electrodyanmics and Magnetics. For chemistry, Don't underestimate the Organic and Inorganic Chemistry. Focus on Physical Chemistry numericals only. Now for Mathematics you should  focus on Calculus, Coordinate Geometry and Sequence and Series. Also remember 1-2 questions compulsorily comes from  Probability, Set theory and Permutation & Combination. You should focus more on this topics and if you do previous year papers you will see that a lot are focused on these topics only. Also for physics and chemistry practice question with graphical answers. This kind of questions are very common in COMEDK.
