COMEDK UGET can given by any Indian student student irrespective of state of domicile. A non- Karnataka student can also appear in COMEDK UGET as long as the student fulfill it's eligibility criteria.
So you can definitely apply for COMEDK UGET even if you don't reside in Karnataka.
