Hello Devika!
NTA has not officially released the syllabus for NEET 2021. However, the syllabus for NEET for 2021 is expected to be reduced by 30% owing to COVID conditions. Topics that can be expected to be removed from syllabus does not include Communication Systems. So this chapter is likely to be included.
