For jee yes computer science or computer application is a Technical Vocational Subject.
But it may vary for other examinations of national or state level.

i took 6 subjects in class xii....and by adding ...maths+physics+computer science+English+fine arts i am getting 75% and if i am adding chemistry i am getting 1 marks less in reaching 75% .....so in jeemain site it is written u can fifth subject as a vocational subject ...???

Yes, it is not compulsory to add chemistry as they have mentioned -
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
