Hello Lavina,

I hope you are good.

Please read it carefully to make clear what i will describe.

Computer Science  engineering is theoretically as well as as mathematically based. It consist of programming and databases and the a lots of math and logic behind all that programming. There are classes on discreet math, graph theory, language paradigms etc. With this study you can become a programmer, game developer and so on.Its study is completely based on math, logic and theroy.

On the other hand:

Computer engineering  is a study of computer developing and designing i.e., operating systems, assembly process, and the CPU understanding and other hardware on the motherboard also study of electronic. You will get all the basic study of each data structures, algorithm, circuits and daigram, communications and so on.

Both are differnt studies and you need to decide where your ability and in interst lies.

I hope this helps.

Goodluck

Hi Lavina,

Computer Science is an umbrella term which encompasses four major areas of computing: theory, algorithms, programminglanguages, and architecture. ... Computer Engineering typically focuses specifically oncomputerhardware andsoftware. It is an integration ofcomputer scienceand electricalengineering.

Hello dear..

Actually, not everyone would say that software engineering is encompassed by CS, but I think it makes sense. The thing to realize is that in software engineering, you're actually building something. It's a legitimate engineering field. The things you have to worry about are similar to other engineering fields, and they include:

  • Software architecture and design
  • Scalability and maintainability
  • Validation, automation, and testing
  • Quality assurance
  • UI/UX
  • Systems (sometimes)

So, you'll notice that you can't do anything in the second list without knowing a few things from the first list. CS gives you the knowledge base, SE is applying it to building real-world stuff. It's like the difference between a physicist and a mechanical, electrical, civil, nuclear, or aerospace engineer. Yes engineers use physics, but there is a whole lot more to engineering than just theoretical calculations, equations, and some experiments .

Best of luck..

Dear,

Slightle different from each other

Thing is only one subject is added in Computer Science Engineering thats it. This subject is related to Science also

And Computer Engineering is only related to this subject only.

I hope you catch my point.

ALL THE VERY BEST.
