There are many colleges which come under the PUNJAB UNIVERSITY and almost all of them are having the most common branch CSE in them.
Now the admission affiliated to the colleges of punjab University is done through Jee Mains .I am pasting the link of the list list of the colleges under punjab University.

Now about taking admission through JEE MAINS. Yes u can take admission through the marks of MAINS as the marks are acceptable in almost all the national engineering colleges of the country.
About the scholarship facility that will depend upon the marks u have obtained in the JEE MAINS exam as all the college have their criterion for the admission in of the good students. If u are having good MAINS marks then u might be getting 50% fee waivers.
