It is not necessary to have computer science in 11th and 12th for admission in BCA course. You can take admission in BCA even if you don't have computer science. You just need to pass 12th standard from any stream from a recognition board . Eligibility criteria for BCA depends upon colleges and institute .

Nope! To join the course of Bachelors in Computer Application, the student don't need to have Mathematics/ Computer Science as a compulsory subject. Student from Arts, Commerce and Science anyone with atleast 50% can take admission to the course. The admission to the course can be both on the basis of entrance or through merit which is dependent on the college and its rules and regulations regarding admission.
