I want to tell you that counselling fee is collected from the students who want to take admission in the first year of college only apart from that there is no any Concept for counselling fee in the second and third year of any of the colleges therefore you need to provide this money at the time of the admission in 1st year only and once the counselling process will be and it the amount of fee that was not used by you in the charges of counselling will be given back to you or reimbursed back to you.
