It depends on your choice only. But you can crack JIPMER exam on your own too. Make NCERT your priority, go through every chapter and its questions. Read it as much as you can. You can use some books which will give you an idea of the exam such as -

• DC PAandey for physics
• 16 years jipmer exam solved papers by Arihant
• OP Tandon for organic chemistry
• trueman for biology
• MTG fingertips for solving questions of biology
• NCERT(READ IT FIRST)

Also focus on english comprehension and logical and quantative reasoning also. Having a good and effective schedule will definitely give you the desired results.
